About the founder
Twenty years of making numbers believable.
I started as a financial analyst in airlines, manufacturing, and retail, then spent more than a decade as a value engineer and business value leader at JDA / Blue Yonder and Microsoft. Most recently I led business value for AI Business Solutions across Americas manufacturing and automotive.
My rule is simple: a decision maker deserves a number they can believe. That means credible baselines, conservative math, and a story that holds up in front of the toughest CFO in the room.
I also spent eleven years as board president of a sixteen school charter network with a $130M operating budget, so I know the buying side of a business case too.

Why the name Baseline.
Every credible business case starts with an honest baseline: what things cost and how they perform today, before anyone promises improvement. Get that wrong and the rest of the math doesn't matter.
Baseline Value Advisory brings that discipline to teams selling and buying technology, so the number in the proposal is one both sides can stand behind.
Let's build a value story your team can sell.
